Had to throw a belated Grilled Cheese Day celebration on Saturday.
With Sam Cooke & the Soul Stirrers stirrin’ in the background, we created nothing short of oozing glory: avocado, grilled pineapple, teriyaki mushrooms, pesto, and raw white cheddar on rosemary sourdough. Added a side salad topped with tahini. And rooster sauce creeping in the corner, naturally.
